How long will my order take to process?
We generally ship orders within 2 business days from the time we receive payment. Orders including personal pictures will be processed once we have received both the picture(s) and payment.

How are orders shipped?
For orders shipped within the US, we generally use USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship USPS Airmail or Global Priority Mail. For an estimate of transit time, please refer to the USPS Postage Rate Calculator (we ship from zip code 92869). Please add the estimated USPS transit time to the processing time noted above to determine when to expect your order. For more information on shipping, see our Shipping Information page.

How should I send my picture(s)?
On gift items with personal picture(s), pictures can be e-mailed or mailed through traditional mail. Please do NOT precut the picture(s). Please refer to specific item descriptions for photo size when choosing your picture(s). Remember to include your name and item(s) ordered with your picture(s). Original photographs will be used on your product, and will not be returned. Mail pictures to:

How can I pay?
There are two simple ways to pay. You may submit your payment online through Paypal. Or, if you prefer to send your payment, we accept money order and personal checks. Simply print out your "Shopping cart" when you are done ordering, add on applicable shipping charges and sales tax (7.75% for CA residents only) to the total amount, and enclose the printout of your order along with your payment. How can I redeem my gift certificate?
After you have selected your gifts, your gift certificate will be redeemed according to your payment method. If you choose to pay through Paypal, just include your gift certificate dollar amount, number (green), and code (red) in the "Special Intructions" box, and a refund will be issued in a timely manner back to your Paypal account. If you choose to pay by money order or personal checks, simply deduct your gift certificate amount off your entire total, and enclose your gift certificate along with your payment and order printout.

Is the paint used on the clothing toxic?
I am very careful in choosing the materials for my products. The paint which I use is high quality, waterbased acrylic paint, and it is non toxic. I know that as parents, we never would want to expose our children to any material that would be harmful for them.

If I request gift wrapping, what is included?
Gift orders comes nicely wrapped with a theme to suit your gift. Included is a gift note so you may add personal comments. Just be sure to write in the specified box when ordering and your thoughts will be handwritten on the card.

Will my private information stay private?
Baby Bendiksen has a strict privacy policy. Bottom line: your private information will not be shared, rented, or sold to any outside company. Period.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction, and stand behind all our products 100%.
We offer a 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee on any item we sell. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply send the product back, and we will promptly issue either an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake on your order.
